I am looking to find someone interested in taking over my lease starting late June (or sooner if need be!). To do this, you would have to submit an application to the leasing office. Upon accepting your application, they would remove me from my lease and add you to it and you would have my apartment. I would be glad to reimburse for the application fee IF you are accepted by the leasing office AND take over the lease. Lease goes through September 5, is a great temporary housing situation, or you can have the option to renew if you choose to do so. THE APARTMENT: 1BR 1Bath third floor apartment at Bridgeport Apts by Lake Lynn with living room, dining room, washer/dryer hook-ups, bathroom, bedroom, and balcony with storage. It is the Aberdeen floor plan at this link: http://bridgeportapartmentsnc.com/floor-plans/ This popular floor plan is currently sold out here and the rent is last year's market price (which is cheaper than this year's!) so it's a very good deal. The complex is right off of the trail at Lake Lynn and is very pet-friendly (my dog loves it here). They have a fenced in dog park, tennis court, pool, laundry facilities, gym and there is a Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Wal-Mart very nearby.
